I work as an administrator in a recreation center, we make reservations in a regular excel sheet. It seems to suit, but ... When the season (summer) comes, then there is a need to upload data. As you understand from Excel, this is impossible, since the recording is in the shading of squares with color, one shading and inside the text 3 adults 1 reb. How and why do people do it. Excel itself can paint over a cell according to a condition (for example, if it contains a number other than zero).
Accordingly, the report itself can also be automatically generated at the bottom of the table, or on a separate tab.
