Why not. The chips are suitable. If only the bootloader is reloaded ..

This is UNO, only on a new chip. I took this one for myself ...
A complete copy of the original board came.
And so everything is the same, the only difference is that you can flash sketches for atmega8 \ 168 \ 328 in DIP28 packages directly on the board. In your version, you will have to flash the controllers on a breadboard (if you want to keep this board as a programmer at home)
