Chat for clients?

We need a chat according to this scheme: the client enters the chat on the site, where he opens a separate chat room with an employee of the company.
An employee must be able to correspond with several clients at the same time.
I found only AliveChat , but it is quite expensive - the light version is $30 per month.
Maybe someone who has met solutions, paid ones are also interested.
I just saw a bunch of chats on AJAX, they do not fit - I need not a group, but an individual one.

I learned about it when I worked in the technical support of the Hosting Center, they use it there. You can look at their website . It is notable that when there are no operators online, a “leave a question and contacts” form is issued.

We have been using www.spexe.com in our store for about a year, all communication is via jabber.
Reasonable prices, so to speak, I can give a link to our online store for an example in a personal.

Try the jabber client implementation in php! It seems to me the most convenient and free option!

I, as a client of one company where it was used, liked talkdriver.ru

Try Venyoo . It also works on the machine, collects the applications itself and even calls back the clients itself, VERY convenient.
