Charging a battery on a laptop?

Guys, this is the situation.
I have a lenovo laptop. Windows 8 was originally installed on it. There was a program that could control the charging of the laptop. And I set the percentage of charging to 57%. In order not to strain the battery too much. Then I installed Linux and this percentage of charging remained the same, and now I don’t know how to change or do it so that the battery is fully charged.

This function works at the BIOS level, software is nothing more than an interface.
Look in the BIOS settings for this setting or simply reset the BIOS settings to default.

Look in the BIOS - perhaps there is also this setting.

And I set the percentage of charge to 57%

The battery is always charged to 100%, but only the capacity decreases with age due to constant use. For example, when a new one lasts for 3 hours, and after a year it is completely discharged in 30 minutes. But sometimes there are programs in the drivers that control the charge level and if it is low (57%), then Reduce the brightness of the screen or Reduce the frequency of the processor.
So this is some kind of driver or program glitch, or try to look at the "Battery" parameter in the BIOS, for example, calibration.
