Charger 220 -> USB to Kindle

Can you please tell me how safe it is for Kindle to use charging 220 then USB from LG mobile?
In theory, the output voltage is 5 volts, the charging current is determined by the resistance of the device, which means that the adapters must fit any device that is charged from USB, but how is it in practice?

I use any charger that comes to hand to charge the Kindles. In addition to USB in computers, I have them at 500mA and at 750mA and at 1000mA, some are branded, some are frankly Chinese with "non-Russian" plugs. There were no problems with any. The difference is only in the waiting time for a full charge, IMHO. But if you charge motorola defy from a “weak” (500/750) charge, then the touchscreen falls off (stupidly ignores pressing until you turn it off from charging), so if possible I try to use only 1000mA of which are also several and any of them charges normally.

If the charger is not quite already Chinese, bought for 25 cents, then there is nothing to be afraid of, because often they contain 5 volts and 500 milliamps. So there is nothing to be afraid of. And to be absolutely sure - if the phone you are charging by charging is perfectly charged via a USB cable from a computer, then there is nothing to be afraid of

if it charges the phone normally, then it will also charge kindle normally (I charge it myself from charging the htc phone)
