Who is not difficult - write down, please, the process of changing the CMS. There was a self-writing, there were 700 pages, I created a site on WP, they moved all the articles. You need to keep the old site domain.
Tell us step by step what needs to be done so that the site dipped in positions as little as possible.

1) Keep the old page urls, if this is not possible, write a 301 redirect from the old urls to the new ones. Perhaps the custom permalinks plugin will come in handy.
2) Create proper robots.txt to get rid of duplicates.
3) I tried to keep the structure of the site, avoid a large number of internal links.
4) Keep the old title of the pages. I would recommend installing the Yoast Seo plugin. There are many opportunities for working with titles.
