In general, the question is, I need a closed blog, for me personally, so that no one can read, I found just a beautiful Anchor cms, but it opens, can advise either another engine for the blog, or how to close Anchor so that without a login and password The site didn't show up at all.

If an Apache-based server / hosting is used, you can try using a banal .htaccess to completely block access to the site. Without a login-password pair, no one will be able to go beyond the authorization dialog. Simple and reliable.
