Changed server ip, how to reconfigure ORACLE database?
Problem: The office has moved to another building, the ip address of the server has changed.
The database works (SQL plus works), but we can't connect to it with an ORA-12505 error.
Changes to the tnsnames.ora and listener.ora files are of no use.
Question: Where is the old ip address registered? or where to dig?

It is necessary to carefully read what the error means.
ORA-12505: TNS: listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
Base not registered with LISTENER.
Check:
- init local_listener parameter, make sure that it is not set, or is set to an existing LISTENER
- execute alter system register; so that the base registers
- (optional) listener.ora set the SID of the base
LISTENER running on the standard port 1521?
