Correct way to convert a file?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to convert the .rdf report, the script itself and the errors on the screen.

I found the only similar answer on this issue in the oracle community, where they advise not to specify rwconverter.sh, but rwconverter (they are both in reports/bin).

I admit my stupidity in ignorance of Linux and the error may be in the export of variables.
I did export ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/middleware
export ORACLE_INSTANCE=/u01/app/oracle/middleware/user_projects/domains/base_domain/
