Change registry setting via command line?

Good afternoon.
I can not change the registry value through the command line:
5bf68985aafb7154261353.jpeg
It should be like this:
5bf6899ccc75a603027051.jpeg
Command

reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server /v AllowRemoteRPC /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Where do I spit?
Thank you.

Enclose the section address in quotation marks.

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server"
