Change location of shared libraries folders on TS Win 2008 r2

How to set the location of folders through group policies that are shared user libraries (ie Video, Images, Music) which are regularly located in C:\Users\General

How to do this?

PS: The domain is new, there are no users yet (except for the test and domain admin)
