"Change Connections" option is not available in the Ubuntu indicators applet, how can I get it back?

I encountered a problem that after the reboot, the item in the indicator applet became unavailable, the items "change connections ..." and "disconnect from the network".

В общем, апплет или сеть у тебя от имени администратора запущена, вот и неактивны некоторые кнопки.
