Change AD error message?

Colleagues, tell me please.
We have a domain, a ball.
I want to use GPO to change the standard access error message to my own. I can't find this policy.
Standard message: "Windows cannot access \\folder path\. You do not have permission to access \\folder path\. Please contact your network administrator for access."

In this case, custom messages are implemented through the File Server Resource Manager role, not the GPO.
