Certification Authority, the problem is in the revocation of the certificate, how to solve?

Good afternoon, I created a certification authority according to this instruction blog.pdmonline.ru/?p=366
everything is fine, but the problem is revocation, if you revoke then the issued certificates still remain valid, ticked IE to update the list of revoked certificates + changed in group policy rules:

as you can see, there are no working certificates, everything is revoked:

but for some reason, the certificate that was previously received remains in the client computer after the OS is rebooted:
