Certificate distribution not being created in ios dev center [video question]?

When creating the *.ipa file, a signature error occurred, on the stackerflow, in this case, it was advised to delete and recreate the distribution certificate (certificate distribution) in the ios dev center.
I deleted it, re-created the public key in the "keychain", uploaded a new key to the ios dev center, but the certificate first appears in the processing status, and disappears when the page is reloaded.
In the "History" tab, just the status "error" without any explanation.
I strictly follow the apple instructions (as I did when I first created the certificate half a year ago), but apparently I'm missing something, or something has changed.
I recorded the process on video, I will be grateful if someone expresses their guesses about this.
ps The problem is solved, it turned out there was a glitch from the apple side, everything was fixed during the day.

Really interesting. Apple definitely didn't change anything, I recently received new certificates. Do you have the same name when generating a certificate as in the dev center?
Try contacting Apple support. They should help
