Centos OpenVPN server and mikrotik client, how to set it up correctly?

The situation is as follows: there is a server with CentOs installed on it, an OpenVpn server is running, mikrotik is configured as an OpenVpn client, everything works fine, but the problem is with Escene and Cisco Ip phones connected via asterisk to the subnet where CentOs is located. When you restart mikrotik OpenVpn rises, but Ip phones are not registered on Asterisk, until you change ip on them, when you receive a new ip, registration is successful. On Asterisk itself, when viewing sip registrations, it can be seen that all phones are registered from the same ip of the form 10.11.1. *, the one that we set in the Centos server parameters for each certificate. If we go to mikrotik in the OpenVpn client we configured and Torch, we will see that Dsc is at ip address 10.11.1*. But there is 1 mikrotik that works fine and the ip addresses in it are displayed on the subnet in which it is located, and not 10.11.1.*. The settings in these Mikrotiks are exactly the same as the settings in the OpenVpn server. Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

Tried, if disconnected, then Cisco phones cease to register.
