CentOS 7 won't boot after disabling SElinux.?

Installed on VirtualBox CentOS 7. Updated, installed some software. After the reboot, it loaded without problems, but as soon as I turn off SElinux - an endless loading bar. Before that, I made several clones, all of them have the same picture after the protection is turned off.
From additional software I installed atop, htop, itop, wget, net-tools, lsof + connected additional repositories. I used this instruction: https://serveradmin.ru/centos-7-nastroyka-servera/...
Windows user himself, only recently started learning Linux.
In advance I ask all advisers not on the topic to pass by.

@Dag-M

How did you turn it off?
Boot from the LiveCD and look in /etc/selinux/config for the SELINUX flag , what's there?
You can also chroot from LiveCD and turn it back on in the same way as you turned it off.
