Good evening!
How can I make windows 7 treat files file.txt and File.txt as two different files (as is done in Linux)?

The ntfs file system is case sensitive, while the win32 platform is not. Windows 7 is based on a platform that has its roots in the Middle Ages, ie. in the 90s, so no way.
