Good afternoon.
ViewSonic ViewPad 10 tablet available:
CPU Intel Atom N455
ROM 2Gb
SSD 64Gb
touch screen with a resolution of 600 x 1024
Question: which distribution kit to choose for such a small screen resolution and a workable touch?

Lol, seriously?
On the desktop, it barely breathes, on laptops it starts up every other time and not completely, and on tablets it doesn’t work at all.
I'm serious. There will be no drivers for the touchscreen, there will be no drivers for WiFi, most likely, Bluetooth will not start.
From DE, only Unity is more or less focused on the tablet way of interaction, which will shamelessly slow down, because there are no drivers for the video card either.
This is bad business, don't mess with it. It is not certain that you will be able to boot Linux at all due to tablet UEFI restrictions.

Android :) Or its clones :)
Because:
- I wang problems right from the beginning of the installation - because there will be no firewood for the video card, because it will not be possible to boot corny
- I wang that the touch will immediately fall off - well, they don’t make firewood for it under linux :)
- I vanguy that bluetooth and wifi will not start - for the same reason.
If you manage to deliver (which is generally not a fact) - you will get a semi-cyprich. No touch, no wifi, no bluetooth. Do you need it?

Enthusiasts managed to pull Ubuntu 10.10 on such a tablet. But it was all completely unofficial, and the build references have since gone rotten.
You can search for traces on w3bsit3-dns.com.
