Case designer?

You need to build a case constructor.
How to do it and what to apply - I do not know yet.
There is an idea to upload a picture through CANVAS, but how to cut out oval shapes :(
I don’t ask you to chew on the bones, but at least give you an idea ... what method to apply
and where to start.
