Career prospects in an ISP?
That is, if you get a job as an installer or a technical support employee, then you can grow to a network engineer?
If so, how does the "upgrade" take place? How long does it take, how do the tasks that need to be solved change, what skills do you have to master when moving to a higher position (in stages)?

How much time depends on you. What skills you have to master depends on the specific employer. There simply cannot be a single correct answer. Unless read books on networks.
Can. In support, for example, growth along the lines. But a bummer can happen. Often, support lines are outsourced to various call centers. It is not known where you will settle down there.
And you also have to walk on the heads in order to take some more or less responsible position.
If the place is heated, no one will let you up. At least that's how it was at my last job with isp
