Career growth in it, how to develop?

Hello! I recently started learning html and css, I want to start learning js in the near future and change my job to a layout designer. I would like to know how it develops further, I know that there are some grades like junior, etc. But I can’t find clear information about what directions there are from the layout designer. I would like to know if there are any final positions in web development, or what aspires to in this area, working as a layout designer.
I like the direction of the web, but not the design, but the layout. Thank you.

start learning js and change jobs

I think I'll have to study first. It's just that html and css are not really needed by anyone, and if someone is looking for such specialists, then for very little money. So you need to know js well, or at least jquery. At the same time, html and css should be at a very good level.

junior -> middle -> senior .. maybe some other title, then he will get tired of writing code, and there either in the real world (another area), or his own office (or a hired project / product manager)
