Car GPS navigator, the best of the cheap?

Recommend a "taxi driver" car navigator. And then there are a dime a dozen of them, but I don’t understand anything in the latest cartographies.
Needed:
- cheap (about 4000 rubles or $120 for the device itself)
- support for a bunch of cards (or a couple of the best ones) is desirable, Ukraine (all cities) and neighboring countries are interested
- a decent interface is desirable
I don't care about the appearance (except for the interface), on battery life, on video/audio.
Maybe someone heard something good about Tenex , Goclever, Navon, Atom?
Thank you!

I think the main thing for you is to take a navigator for WinMobile 5/6/6.5. And there is already any navigation program. Navitel, TomTom, Garmin, Sygic. But I would advise IGO, under wine mobile it’s very successful navigation.

I faced a similar choice - I chose Prestigio 4300 under Windows with Navitel included. Six months of daily use, the flight is normal.
Bought by me for 2200 r. as the cheapest option will not get lost in the DS, surprised by the functionality of the device. In addition to the navigation itself, with which it perfectly copes, I watch movies on it (it slows down only in very dynamic scenes, TV shows look easy), I read books (quite a decent client), I listen to music (great sound for the money) - everything does 5+.

I myself use Mitac Mio c230 (more precisely c220 rev.230). We demolish the standard navigation software (BeOnRoad) immediately, install iGO 8.1 with all the necessary maps. For 2 years of operation - no problems. The reliability of the device is evidenced by the fact that in winter, during frosts, it lay in the glove compartment for weeks, then it turned on and worked without problems. As for the navigation itself, everything is standard for iGO. In principle, you can put Navitel, if you like it more.
