Cant in latest IE11. What could be the reason?

Here on this page, when you click on the "suitable options" button in the second section, the page is updated and the second section becomes the first. At the same time, breadcrumbs and a header fit on a hat. The form inside the section rises to the top for no apparent reason, although the styles do not change. When the page is reloaded everything is OK.
What could be the reason? The problem was found only in the latest version of IE (11, in Edge compatibility mode).
