Canonical data model?

While developing the next project, I once again faced the need to describe the data model used in the project again. Such a task arises when creating each information system, and most of the model is repeated from time to time. Indeed, each IP has, for example, User, Profile, Company, Products, for example.
Is there a globally standardized canonical model that describes at least the most popular information system data?

@densilvio

As a rule, there are ready-made data models for certain industries, for example, for the oil industry - POSC Epicentre There
are more general standards for industry - ISA-95, ISA-88, etc.
