Hello! Recently I noticed that when entering a phone number during registration in VK, a call comes from a unique number (usually foreign) to the specified phone. I would like to use such a feature on my site, but I just can’t find the API or script through which it all works. Do not know where this API or something like that can be?

VK does not provide access to its dialer.
If you want something like that, then look towards https://www.gravitel.ru/services/call_api/ or a similar service.
