Can you suggest an ios application (+ web interface) for reading books?

Good afternoon.
I can't find an app for reading books that meets a number of requirements I need, maybe you have come across this?
Ideally, I would like to see an application a la liters:
1. Synchronization of books and places where I stopped between devices.
2. iOS application that runs on iOS 9+
3. The ability to create shelves and download books from my side
4. The ability to upload books through the desktop site is not critical if the rest of the
steps are completed from the filibusta I would not want to fill in under my account.
