Can you suggest an ADSL modem for LAN with ~30 PCs?

Industrial Zone. The Internet is organized in the form of an ADSL channel (it comes from a remote PBX, on which there are no other types of ports). Quality and speed are normal (8Mbit/512Kb). Dlink 2650 performs in addition to ADSL and WiFi bridge the role of a router - NAT + qOs + PAT. Behind him ~ 30 slave stations (a dozen small friendly firms, I don’t want to get into the LAN organization - they are happy with everything in this regard). The main problem is that the modem (s, there were several ZTE, Zyxel ...) have a resource for a quarter to six months - they heat up and slowly crawl into the land of eternal dreams, even working in a disassembled case does not help. The load is such that you won’t go to the console right away. I'm afraid it's a NAT load (from a PC they roam over the Internet, torrents, etc. + in the evenings, kids play games, etc. hang out, they come to their parents from the first school shift, so that later they can go home together).
Could you tell me a "powerful" available (so that in the DNS, Ulmart, Citilink, etc. network) there was an ADSL router that would pull 30 PCs? Requirements WiFi + router + able to NAT + qoS + PAT + good percent. For a price that fits into 6-12 Moscow kilorubles max.
Do not really take used Cisco + WIC with ADSL :)

@Joysi75

why not separate the roles into a router and a modem? The modem will put an inexpensive one and set it to bridge mode, and perform NAT and other Wishlist on the router.
