There is a task: a mailing list is made in which there are several links to external resources. It is necessary to track how many users who received the letter clicked on each of the links. Can you recommend a service that can do this? Are there Open Source solutions that can be deployed for this task?

Check out unisender.com. Through it, you can see how many users opened the letter, and how many followed the link in the letter.
