Can you suggest a program for backup (WIN)?

Hello everyone
Can you tell me a backup program with WebDav support?
Basic requirements - encryption of archives + their separation during loading
And not like most do - you need to backup 500GB of data - we will create a 500GB archive and split it
Total data 500GB + 500GB backup temporary files + something else temporary ...
Yes, disks now big, but I don’t have so much space, and this is just as an example
If there is a possibility, it would be great if it were backed up in parts
Well, that is, it collected 100Mb - packed into its own part of the archive, etc.
So that later if you restore the data - not download all 500GB, and download only a part and that's it
That is, to minimize traffic to the cloud when creating and restoring.
Thanks for the tips

Of the free ones - Duplicati , for example. Backup only files. Can handle WebDav and a thousand other backends.
Of the paid ones - Acronis TI, but it seems that it only knows how to FTP and is more focused on selling its own cloud than using custom external storage. But via SMB it also uploads normally to the NAS, for example. Backup both files and partitions (by sector if desired).

Connect your webdav as a drive (all operating systems allow it) and use a regular archiver to pack files directly onto it, splitting it into subvolumes. Locally, the space for archives will not be used, and it will be written to webdav by volumes, without unnecessary operations (there will be only a renaming operation).
Conventional archivers can even do incremental packing, when files changed/created after the specified date are selected, the batch file to launch the archive will contain 2-3 lines (depending on the selected language, for example, windows bat is simply inconvenient for storing the date of the last launch, so there will be a couple more lines).
