Can you suggest a convenient service for reading books?

Good afternoon.
I am looking for a service for convenient reading of the book. To want to see and use:
- buying and downloading
- notes (the ability to select a section of text and save)
- tags (I read a lot and understand that there is not enough opportunity to somehow tag a book to quickly find it)
- favorites (add to favorites page of a book/book)
- font style changes/switching reading type (day/night)
- if there is commenting, it would be great (sometimes you want to discuss a book with a colleague or one of the same mind)
- Andoid / iOS application
It is possible that the service will have one or two functions. I will be very grateful in the search
