Can you share your experience in implementing an AR application based on three.js/babylon.js?

Interested in the full cycle "from and to" to create an application based on three.js/babylon.js (something else, not unity?):

  1. creating / publishing a scene (possible specifics due to working with the camera)
  2. loading server data (are there any implementations?)
  3. interactivity (gestures, as in "native ar")
  4. generation of markers and their libraries (so that the application recognizes only markers of one vendor (application provider))
  5. ?..

I found several resources / articles on this topic, but so far all this does not add up to a single picture, first of all, how to "create" your own marker (jsartoolkit, jsartoolkit_webrtc, awe.js, threex.webar):

https://aframe.io/ is a great option, it has both a camera and interaction with objects ( https://aframe.io/examples/showcase/shopping/). Recommend
