Please tell me a normal domain name registrar who can be trusted and who does not have cosmic prices. There is a desire to move from their current ones.
The following zones are of interest:

com/net/org
am <= Armenian
Yes, and in general it is desirable to support the maximum number of various international zones for the future.
It is desirable, of course, not in Russian jurisdiction, but this is how it will turn out apparently.

Previously, I used idomen.ru for several years, there were the cheapest domains (and their renewal), but when it was necessary to urgently pay for the renewal of the domain, it didn’t work out (because the password from my personal account was lost + the support service did not respond to requests about what was on the site unable to recover password). See if everything is fixed now. Then I dragged the domain to reg.ru, but I will leave it, it turns out to be expensive to pay for domains. Timeweb is simpler in this regard.

The concept of "normal" - it is different for everyone, as well as the scale of prices. And with the ru zone, there is a funny story in general - in the rules for registering in the ru and rf domains, I did not find an explicit mention that they can be registered only in Russia (but this does not mean that this is not there :)), but God forgive me, political the situation is such that "here" they can take away the domain just like that for one thing, and "there" - for another, but exactly the same :)
I use RUTSENTR. I don’t know about the prices - I don’t take them in packs, but otherwise everything suits ...

AWS Route53 still knows how to register, but I'm not sure that all the TLDs you need will be available.

.ru and .rf can only be bought from a Russian registrar, or through any intermediary, but the quality and reliability will drop.
