Can you recommend a dictionary with tooltips?

Machine translation from one language to another

Is there any dictionary that would allow you to translate a word on click? Preferably one that would have a good vocabulary base. Lingua's pop-up hints are somehow inconvenient.
Tried Lingoes, but he's more dead than alive.
Are there any other alternatives?

well, in GoldenDict there is a mode for translating words on hover, dictionaries can be from linguo, there are many support formats, though the off version of GoldenDict is a bit old, but there were newer builds on the ru-board
