Can you please explain who is an Information Systems Technician?
Guys! I am a 1st year college student majoring in Information Systems Technician. Here are my questions. 1. Who is this at all (in simple terms). 2. What salary 3. Can I work remotely? The fact is that I am a little disabled and it is difficult for me to travel back and forth. I also have 1 more question. I really want to work in the gaming industry (and I know very well how difficult it is). I am learning C# and Unity on my own. Well, will the skills I got in college be useful in this craft, or am I really a complete loser, who can only carry beer to the system administrator and lay cables after 4 years of study?

Author burns. He entered an educational institution and asks on the Internet who he is studying for :)
On the topic - but the devil knows. Does the school have a curriculum? Look at it, it usually says what they will teach, if there is a matan and programming is yours, but it doesn’t happen in IT to learn a specific profession, some of the knowledge will fly by, some will come in handy. The name of the specialty is too streamlined to say unambiguously.
"To carry beer to the system administrator and lay cables" - with such stereotypes and attitude towards colleagues in the shop, you will not go far. I'm a system administrator, for example, and it's unpleasant for me.
