Can you pin a page in Word?

Let's say we have a WORD document.
Can I make it so that on the one hand the right page of the document is statically displayed, and on the other hand I can freely scroll through the document?

Menu "View"-->"New Window".
The same document will open in another window.
Then you just place one window on the right, and the second on the left.
