Can you help with autoplay?

In general, I have a code where div, div and one of the divs has an iframe:

The whole joke is that autoplay = 1 does not work. Before that, everything was fine, and I turned off the browser and turned it back on to check if the video works, I launch it and it does not work. I don't know what to do with it, please help
