Echo and mono in OBS Studio when using Focusrite Scarlett Solo 2nd Gen with AKG P120 mic?

Good day to all!
Preamble:
For streaming on Youtube and recording videos, I use OBS Studio and an external Focusrite Scarlett Solo 2nd Gen sound card with an AKG P120 microphone.
Situation:
After reinstalling Windows 10 (licensed), installing OBS and installing the driver, I encountered two problems:
1. The sound goes only mono to the left speaker,
2. There is an echo (sound like from a barrel).
Question:
How to troubleshoot?

Mono sound is a consequence of the fact that you write only 1 channel (you need to convert mono to stereo). Regarding the echo - try to write the sound in the headphones (so that the sound from the speakers does not get into the microphone)
