Can you help me write an .ebuild for Vk-Exporter?

There was a need to save VK logs on Winch. It seems that Vk-Exporter should be able to do this. I didn’t see ready-made ebuilds, I tried to roll my own.
But here's where to throw the library. Yes, and I don’t really understand how for Python applications you need to scatter the necessary, given that there is no ready-made setup.py there. Probably, if setup.py was included in the source code on the site, then the ebuild would be somewhat more trivial. Nevertheless, I ask for the help of all and sundry, who is able to help.
