I'll say it like someone who doesn't really know much about design...
I know that there are zones defined a long time ago where there should be text, a picture and other elements on an ad block. This can be found on the web.
And now what I noticed:
The text that you have on the right tells us different things. Those. "greeting", and below it, in a slightly smaller font, is completely different. And I have never seen such banners written "We are glad to see you ...".
What does "2pcs" mean? Do you only have two in stock? Or does it have something to do with the action?
One image of the cream (3 from left) has a reflection, while the others do not. And it is filmed from a completely different perspective.
The colors are chosen more or less not bad.

Read at least something about design, copy someone else's work, learn how to work with software.

I am not a designer, but I have seen many layouts, and as a marketer and layout designer, I can say what immediately catches your eye and questions arise:
1) what kind of company is offering the promotion?
2) the reflection of 3 creams (this is a big jamb that immediately catches your eye)
3) on a gray background, quite a bright woman - she draws all the attention from the creams.
4) the inscription "we are glad to see you every day" - where are we glad to see who we are?
5) And as Hemul GM wrote - 2 pieces what is this? When buying from 2 pcs discount? Or is that much left?
6) The first and second inscriptions are completely unrelated in meaning.
