I can't download the 2010 version from this link:

Everyone gets an error like: "Web page at download.microsoft.com/download/ C/3/1/C3171EE9-20C... may be temporarily unavailable or permanently moved to a new address."
And where can I download the latest version?

Downloaded the web installer from here and downloaded the version of VS2010 I needed:
