Can you consider yourself a game developer?

Can I consider myself a game developer if I draw graphics, write music for the game, or don’t do it, but just take ready-made graphics and music, BUT, if I write code, and if I don’t understand how to do it, then I go to look for information on various sites. It's normal that I don't know how to implement shooting or something else without YouTube or any other sources, I already tried to implement shooting myself, but it turned out through my ass.
Or is this the norm and even the pros use sources and copy the code? or do you have to invent everything yourself if you don’t even know what to write?

You can call yourself whatever you like, even a combat helicopter.
Using ready-made pieces is absolutely fine. The quality of a specialist is determined by the result and not by the methods. Another question is that thoughtless copying will sooner or later lead to either licensing problems or integration problems, when the pieces are not assembled into a single whole.
Writing everything yourself from scratch is cycling. But understanding how these parts work helps to assemble complex systems from pieces and deal with emerging problems.

You can count when you release at least 1 game. Those. go through all the publishing circles.

Is a person considered a driver who is cool at turning the steering wheel, refueling gasoline, and even repairing it, but who has never moved the car from its place?
In other words - What is your evidence?

No release - no developer, everything was written above correctly.
