Can you connect a regular keyboard and mouse to a Macbook?

I’m flying on trips, I will often work on a macbook, but it’s not very convenient to watch the focus, and I’m already used to the usual clave. Can you please tell me how functionally a regular non-EPL keyboard will work in Mac OS? After all, there is no "command" button.
And maybe a stupid question, but still I’ll ask :) About a year ago I had a case, I bought a mouse, it shocked and as a result, the usb port and the mouse itself burned out on the stationary) I safely forgot about this story, but here on there are so few users on a macbook, so I would like to thoroughly approach the choice of a mouse, it’s somehow a pity to give away 3 pieces for an Apple one :) Please advise a worthy company or model and how functionally compatible are ordinary mice with poppies?

Can.
I have a Windows flag on my Logitech keyboard = Command button.
Well, I would advise just logitechs. A large keyboard + mouse kit costs around 2000 rubles, it works on one receiver, that is, you have 1 occupied port for 2 devices.
Everything worked without any additional settings.

You can, it works right away and without problems, the only thing you have to close your eyes to is the difference in the form of a different number of function keys.

Of course it is possible. I use a Logitech keyboard and mouse. The mouse is wireless (but not by blue-tooth, but with the help of a small receiver that is inserted into the usb). The keyboard is wired, also via yusb. The function of the command key is performed by the Windows button. Those. functionally you will not feel any restrictions.

I have a macbook air. I only use non-Apple mice. Somehow their mouse didn't work for me. At the same time, I used at least 4 mice, and they are very different. As a result, I settled on my wife's mouse with red flowers on the body, now though half has already been erased. Moreover, the mouse of the wife's name is for 200 rubles.
Total. In my personal experience, I don't care what mouse to use.
I temporarily used the keyboard (like some kind of logician), just so that it was convenient to play and work in Windows (I needed ctrl instead of cmd), but somehow I quickly realized that there was little use for this. After that, I used 2 more claves to test different theories, but the essence is the same, it’s quite comfortable to work. Moreover, you can assign the desired key to the auto-replacement program of keys. Can you change the wine to CMD?
