Can they forget about an article in the Habr sandbox?
Greetings, I wrote the first publication on Habrahabr in the sandbox. Several days have passed, and the moderation has not passed. Nevertheless, over a dozen articles have already been published to the sandbox in these few days. I read the rules and understand that moderation can go on indefinitely. But still, I’m wondering how long it takes to write to technical support, and can it happen that my article was accidentally missed?

Regardless of the fate of the article (accepted or rejected), you should receive a notification letter with information in the mail. If such a letter has not yet arrived, then your article is still being moderated. Perhaps it is somehow "complicated" (requires agreement between those who make the decision), so be patient.
A few days is a normal wait. Now, if there is no reaction for 3-4 weeks, then yes.
Wait at least 2 weeks before panicking.
What do you want from moderation? Not every article gets an invite. Otherwise, there would be 100500 articles "how to install joomla" or "how to restart linux". In the sandbox, if you look, there are articles from last year, and maybe from the year before last.
When I wrote the article, it was moderated for 8 days. So a couple of days is not that long.
