Can they find out that the page is being reloaded using the extension?

Hi everybody.
In short, at that time on one site I started using a special extension that reloads the page every 30 seconds automatically and looks for changes there. Tell me, 30 seconds is not too fast? Admins will not suspect something is wrong? And if they suspect, what will happen?
Also, when the extension reloads the page, sometimes the page is unavailable? Why does this happen?
Thank you.

@BakytShark

They cannot find out.
Nothing will happen.

Sometimes that site or your Internet messes up.
In theory, it might occur to the admin to ban your ip-address, but without a special reason, this is stupid. It is impossible to predict in advance whether the administrator is a fool.
PS If you go into and out of the grocery store every 30 minutes, isn't that too fast? Sellers and security guards will not suspect something was wrong? And if they suspect, what will happen?
(Surely Putin himself will come and handcuff you personally)
