Can the secure https protocol be disabled in the Bitrix laboratory?

I want to test the exchange with 1C on a clean site.

I open the Bitrix laboratory, and there is https.
This immediately breaks off my testing.

What can be done in such a situation? Is there any way to disable redirect to https?
