Can the facebooke community be used instead of a server?

Is it possible to create a community on facebooke and use it (sdk php ) to send information to a user application?
Let me explain how I see it, the application using the android sdk sends a message to the community, the community sends a response (sdk php) and thus we get an analogue of rest. It is the community that should be sent or the person who will be added as a friend upon joining, the whole thing still needs to be encrypted, the problem of piracy is acute for them
, just like ours only facebooke and whatsapp works (as I understand they have them for free).In a word, updating data is really a problem.

IMHO - nonsense. Unless of course we are talking about an automatic system.
