Can the employer make a refund on freelancer.com in this case?

Hello. The following situation happened: I did a web project for a person, did everything, he went to my computer, tested everything, he liked everything, he paid and closed the project, I sent him the project .. A day later he writes to me that the site does not work like I need to..I went in, started to fix it, and the problem turned out to be in the hosting that the employer chose...to which I heard a denial that he would not change the hosting and that I redo the project for his hosting.
Will the employer be able to apply a refund to me? I did the job, he liked it, he did not immediately provide me with all the data about the hosting, and now I need to redo it for free?? The project is closed / the money has been paid.

And what are the hosting-dependent problems? Write, I will help free of charge.
IMHO, a satisfied customer is better than a successful disassembly. A bad peace is better than a good quarrel. IMHO.

Was the payment only for the project or for the project + its configuration for the host? I think there is no need to continue explaining.

Project closed / money paid.

All further only at his expense.

Depends on the difficulty. I'm not a PHP master and, perhaps, I don't understand the complexity, but in general, good software should work on any typical hosting, and not just on the developer's computer. Is it just a configuration issue or are some frameworks not working? What is the percentage of time it takes to fix? This is why you need to dance.

What is the problem with hosting? There can only be different versions of php. The host can usually change it. Or do you have bad code?
