Can't translate Opencart for my version(3,0,2,0)?

Hello! Help me figure it out:
I found a new crack, just for my version (3,0,2,0), but the problems remained:

For some reason, it changes back to English! And the translation is only partial (as indicated on the screenshot)
And what kind of error do I get when saving in localization?

There it is 100% working. And if the hands are from the right place, you can correct the little things yourself.
