Can't stop redirecting to Googlebot on a multilingual site?

I don't understand what to do. The Wordpress site has the polylang plugin for languages installed. I submit the main page for indexing by googlebot. A redirect to the English version pops up.
In Head Wordpress I wrote
rel="Alternative" hrefland="ru" href="X"
rel="Alternative" hrefland="en" href="X"
